To know how important Omega -3 fats is , I need to take you few years back and let you know how it emerged.

It is the stuff that enabled us to finally rise above the other species and create rich civilization.

Since the starting of mankind ,an essential fat,called Omega -3 fat has given vitality to human brains.

For several million years,evolution of human brain was stuck at small size of 400-500 grams.The main reason was that the early man in land locked areas lacked omega -3 fat from seafood needed for development of brain cells faster.

Then, our prehistoric ancestors,over last million years,living near large fresh water lakes got access to food from water

By eating Sea food with Omega -3 fat there was huge jump in brain size and brain power.
It tripled the brain weight.

With it came a new rush of human achievements.Expanded brain capacity made possible the beginning of culture-art,music,religion,boat building,languages.

And now, after so many years, coming to present scenario , everyone everywhere has access to precious brain food,but very few of us understand its power.




And as our eating habits are changing,our brain capacity is no longer increasing.

To stop this, we need to return to Omega -3 rich brain stimulating diets ,as our early ancestors.

Failure to eat enough Omega -3 fat is scientifically linked to mental disorders and problems;depression,poor memory,low intelligence,learning disorder & many more.
